アニ・アルバース(1899-1994)、
本名はアンネライゼ・エルゼ・フリーダ・フライシュマン。
ドイツ生まれのテキスタイルデザイナーであり
20世紀のテキスタイルアートに
最も影響を与えた一人として知られる。
この日本語版『デザインについて』という本のおかげで
『アニ・アルバース』という名前と
彼女の哲学を知ることができて嬉しく思う。
学生時代に訪れた海外で様々なアートに触れた私は
その時感じた好奇心に導かれて
事業テーマを《デザイン》とする会社に就職した。
その会社での経験は
物事を本質から考える訓練になっていたのだと今は思う。
素材からの体感を起点として想像と試行錯誤を積むことの重要性は
現在の私の仕事にも確実に反映されている。

son nom original est Annelise Elsa Frieda Fleischmann.
Designer de textiles d'origine allemande,
qui est connue comme l'une des personnes
plus influentes en arts textiles au XXe siècle.
Grâce à ce livre 《デザインについて》en japonais,
je suis heureux que j'ai pu savoir le nom 《Anni Albers》et sa philosophie.
Quand j'étais étudiante, j'ai visité à l'étranger et touché des arts divers.
Guidé par la curiosité que j'ai ressenti à ce moment, J'ai obtenu un emploi dans
une entreprise. Le thème des affaires sur la compagnie était « design ».
Je pense que l'expérience dans cette compagnie devenait l'entrâinement
à réfléchir de l'essence.
L'importance d'acquérir de l'expérience de l'imagination et de tâtonnements
de l'origine des matières premières, reflète à mon travail actuel.

I am happy to know the name 《Anni Albers》and her philosophy.
When I was a student, I visited abroad and touched various arts.
Guided by the curiosity I felt at that moment, I got a job in a company
whose theme of business was « design ».
I think that experience in this company was getting training to
think something of its essence.
The importance of the experience of imagination , trials and errors from
the origin of the raw materials, reflects to my current work.
